Return & Exchange Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All shapewear products

  • Bodysuits & body-hugging garments

  • Underwear, lingerie & intimates

  • Personal care items

  • Free gifts & gift cards

We cannot accept any item that has been opened, tried on, stretched, worn, washed, or handled in a way that affects hygiene or fit.


3. Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Completely unused and untried

  • No makeup, perfume, deodorant, or marks

  • No stretching or loosened fabric

  • Tags must be attached

  • Original packaging included

  • In perfect resale condition

Items that fail inspection will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.


4. Store Credit 

Bodies does not issue cash refunds.

Eligible returns/exchanges will receive:

  • Store credit equal to the value paid

  • Sent via SMS/WhatsApp

  • Does not expire

  • Can be used on all future orders

This protects product hygiene and prevents misuse of intimate items.


2. Eligibility (Free Exchange Window)

GCC Orders (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain)

  • Free exchange within 30 days

  • One exchange allowed per order

  • Customer may choose:

    • Size exchange, OR

    • Store credit

International Orders (Outside GCC)

  • Free worldwide exchange

  • One exchange per order

  • No refunds

  • Store credit available if exchange is not preferred


5. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number

  2. We confirm the exchange request

  3. Replacement is shipped in 2–5 business days

  4. If store credit is preferred, it is issued immediately

  5. Items that do not meet hygiene requirements will not qualify


6. Incorrect or Defective Items

If we shipped the wrong product or a manufacturing defect is found:

  • We replace it free of charge

  • Replacement shipping is fully covered

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photo/video may be requested for verification


7. Customs, Duties & Global Shipping Rules

For international orders:

  • Duties and taxes vary by country

  • If a customer refuses delivery, ignores courier contact, or fails to pay customs fees:

    • Shipment may be returned or destroyed

    • Courier fees, duties, and taxes will be deducted

    • Remaining balance (if any) issued as store credit only

  • If a shipment is destroyed → no credit can be issued

Free worldwide exchange applies only to replacement shipping.


8. Delivery Refusal / Unreachable Customer

If a customer refuses the shipment or does not answer the courier:

  • Delivery may be marked as failed

  • Courier may return or dispose of the shipment

  • Fees deducted and remaining amount issued as store credit (if applicable)
